By accessing or using the DFW Luxury Trans website at dfwluxurytrans.com, or by booking transportation services with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
DFW Luxury Trans provides chauffeured luxury transportation services in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any reservation request at our discretion.
3. Reservations and Payment
Reservations may be made by phone, email, or through our online quote request form. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated during the booking process. Rates are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed in writing.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by service type and lead time. Please contact us at (214) 330-5466 or info@dfwluxurytrans.com to discuss your specific booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. DFW Luxury Trans reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if a passenger engages in behavior that is abusive, illegal, or endangers the safety of the chauffeur or other passengers. Any damage caused to a vehicle by passengers will be billed to the responsible party.
6. Limitation of Liability
DFW Luxury Trans shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather events, road closures, or flight schedule changes. Our liability for any claim arising out of a reservation shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific booking.

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission from DFW Luxury Trans. We make no warranty that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
